Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive Bacardo's brand strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention in the cryptocurrency or fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Bacardo's overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans, to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Bacardo products and services.

• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and objectives, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

• Define and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, social, and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences, drive user acquisition, and increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts, that effectively communicates Bacardo's value proposition and resonates with target audiences.

• Identify and prioritize key market segments and customer personas, conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, and inform product development and marketing strategies.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, influencers, and media outlets to amplify Bacardo's message and reach new audiences, securing media coverage, partnerships, and speaking opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, tracking campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement, and using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and threats, and making recommendations to leadership to ensure Bacardo's continued growth and success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and tactics.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear goals and objectives, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, including hiring, training, and developing talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Proven track record of building and scaling brands, driving customer acquisition and retention, and achieving business objectives through effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, and experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
