Position Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Full Time

Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across our platform. • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and infrastructure needs.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our platform and business.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and implement best practices for security, privacy, and data protection.

• Manage and mentor a team of talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading technology initiatives and driving innovation.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.

• Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, cloud computing, and infrastructure management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
