Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and experienced Media & Content Manager to lead our content strategy and production efforts, drive engagement and brand awareness, and elevate Bacardo's presence across digital and traditional media channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a knack for creating compelling content, and a proven track record of managing media relations and content marketing initiatives in the cryptocurrency or fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and manage Bacardo's social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement with the community.

• Develop and implement a social media content calendar, planning and scheduling posts, updates, and campaigns to maintain an active and vibrant online presence.

• Create and publish engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that align with Bacardo's brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

• Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and mentions related to Bacardo, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.

• Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize Bacardo's social media strategy and drive engagement and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands or organizations.

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform content strategy and optimize performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and creative content that captures attention and drives engagement.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling, visual content creation, and community engagement.
